Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your shipment using the tracking details provided to you.

Delivery Refusal

For prepaid orders refused at the time of delivery, applicable forward and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

For COD orders refused at the time of delivery, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin). We reserve the right to restrict COD availability for customers with repeated refused deliveries.
